Orcas Park

Bees buzz busily

Crows caw cacophonously

Day dawns dutifully

Fall filters forlornly

Through tangled twigs

Full Fall Belly

Marmalade morning sky

Breaks the fast of night.

Autumn unfolds languidly.

The day proceeds unhurriedly.

Sunlight shifts quietly.

Evening approaches stealthily.

Suddenly the sky explodes,

Seemingly cacophonous,

Yet symphonic,

Starkly harmonious,

Then imperceptibly quiet.

Stillness falls gently

As dusk descends.

The landscape metamorphosizes,

Fading to black,

Back to the womb.
